Castle Keeper Home Watch service understands the concern of leaving your home unchecked for prolonged periods; our goal is for you to enjoy life knowing your home is safe while you are away.
 CUSTOMIZE YOUR SERVICES (weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly)

• Live in house sitters
• Providing routine checks
• Walk the interior & exterior of your home
• Run faucets & disposals/flush toilets
• Check thermostats
• Start your car/s
• Check for leaks: House, garage, patios, and storage rooms etc.
• Windows & doors make sure no damage and working properly
• Water Heater/RO Systems
• Sinks, toilets, faucets, hose bibs
• Water houseplants.
• Bring trash carts to and from curb (to avoid your home appearing empty).
• Clients are provided with detailed check lists after each inspection

SPECIALIZED SERVICES:
Once you're an established client we provide added special services:**

• Refrigerator and pantry stocking 
• Arrangements made for arrival of your family or friends

• Personal Requests

• Pick up and drop off to airlines
• Set up appointments for you: Nail salon, Pet grooming, Hair salon etc.
• Renew car registrations
• Pay utilities
• Arrangement of picking up Post office mail
• Send a forgotten item on to you
• Run errands for you, (e.g. collect dry cleaning).
• Forward mail.
• Scan and send a document you need.
• Accept a delivery on your behalf and store items until your return

After major rain or wind storms, we provide the following:
Check power service
Check for leaks
Exterior damage of property
First responding on alarm system
DEPARTURE SERVICE:

• Reset air conditioning or heating.
• Set light timers
• Secure windows and doors
• Remove trash
• Clear refrigerator of perishable items

​ARRIVAL SERVICES:

• Airport Meet, Greet & Whisk you home.
• Reset air conditioning or heating
• Arrange tee time at your favorite golf course
• Make dinner reservations for your first night back, etc.
• Arrange for utilities and appliances to be restarted
